Has anyone booked a flat in Uppal Jade Sec 86 Faridabad. I booked a 850 Sq ft 2 BR flat. If there are others who would want to stay connected and contribute, please join in. I will be posting regular updates on this blog.
As of now, for 850 Sq ft 2 BR flats, Uppals are asking the buyers for 2nd installment and for signing the agreements. Construction is going on full swing, I visited their site a couple of weeks back…planning to visit again over this weekend. Will post some pics this time.
One thing that bothers me is that they do not have approvals on plans/layouts for 850 sq ft 2 BR flats. Uppals informed me about this only at the time of allotment and not at the time of booking. In absence of approvals i am not sure how am I going to get it financed from bank.
